What we hold, and for how long.

What is collected

What you type into the retreat inquiry and free-start forms — your name, your contact details, and your message. It is stored in Ora Onda’s own database on its own hosting and read by Ora Onda alone.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Free-start signups are kept until you ask to be removed. Email hello@oraonda.org to be removed sooner; it will be honored.

If you ask to be written to when new dates open, your email is kept for that purpose alone and removed when you ask off the list.

Sharing

Never shared, never sold, never added to any list. Only a legal order could compel disclosure.

The instrument readings

HRV, EEG, and darkfield readings are governed by the data page — anonymized before anything enters the published record.

On your device

Practice progress is stored in your own browser only and is never transmitted.

Delivering the page

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. Loading these pages touches Google’s font servers, Hostinger’s image and file servers, and a Google Maps directions link. That is standard delivery; Ora Onda hands them nothing about you.

What this is not

Nothing here is medical and nothing diagnoses anything.
